Project Purpose:

Creating an Independent Basement Unit for Rental 🏡🔧

To increase income and optimize home space, we transformed the basement into a self-contained rental unit. This project included the following steps:

 • Installing Kitchen Appliances: A dishwasher, cooktop, and hood with proper ventilation were installed to provide tenants with a fully equipped kitchen.

 • Establishing a Separate Entrance: To maintain privacy and ensure easier access, a separate entrance was constructed on the side of the house.

 • Enhancing Access Pathway: The new entry path was designed to facilitate comfortable movement to and from the basement.

These modifications not only increase the property’s value but also offer a fully equipped, independent space that is more appealing to potential tenants.
